Dr. Yang emphasizes the importance of body alignment, posture, martial applications, common mistake corrections, and student demonstrations throughout the lessons. Available for free download with sample videos, the app offers a single in-app purchase to access the full set of kung fu lessons.

These follow-along kung fu lessons simulate a one-on-one class experience with an acclaimed kung fu master, encouraging overall body flexibility and fitness. They lay down the foundational exercises of Shaolin kung fu and cater to martial artists keen on exploring the roots of Asian martial arts like karate and jujitsu.
